Let’s be honest, life can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Maybe your mind won’t stop replaying things or spirals into “what ifs.” Everything feels like more effort than it should, or your motivation has taken a hit. You might feel constantly on edge, disconnected from yourself or others, or left with an inner critic that won’t let up. You don’t have to stay stuck there, this is a space to sort through it, at your pace. My therapy style while sensitive, is more sarcastic and direct, with a pretty free flowing structure. Together, we can unravel patterns and wounds and get you back to a place of understanding yourself.

My work focuses on practical coping tools you can actually use, anywhere, at anytime. We’ll bring in body-based techniques, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and gently work through the pain you’ve been carrying. Along the way, we’ll get to know the different parts of you and learn how to work with them, not against them.
